The IFMGA Mountain Guides’ Ski Championships 2026 successfully took place in Obertauern, Austria’s highest and snowiest winter sports destination, from 17–19 April 2026.

Hosted by the Salzburg Mountain and Ski Guides, the event brought together mountain guides from around the world for a weekend of sporting competition, professional exchange, international friendship, and celebration. Participants enjoyed Obertauern’s unique alpine setting and its extensive network of perfectly groomed slopes. Thank you to all participants, organizers, volunteers, and partners who contributed to the success of the event.
